At Merton Croquet Club, we offer both Association Croquet and Golf Croquet, catering to the preferences and skill levels of our members. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced player seeking competitive play, our club has something for everyone.
We believe in the importance of coaching and development, and we provide coaching sessions for new members on Tuesday mornings. If this timing does not suit you, alternative arrangements can be made to ensure that you receive the guidance you need to improve your skills.
Our season runs from April to October, allowing members to enjoy the sport in the warmer months. During this period, the club operates from 11:00 am until sunset on weekdays, and from 10:00 am until sunset on weekends. We also organise social afternoons and evenings, where players can casually join in and find partners for friendly matches.
For those seeking a more competitive experience, Merton Croquet Club offers various leagues and competitions to challenge yourself and sharpen your skills. These events provide opportunities for members to engage in friendly competition and foster camaraderie within the club.
To visit the club and meet other players, we recommend dropping by between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Monday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. If these times do not suit your schedule, we welcome you to join us after 5:00 pm on Wednesdays. This way, you can become acquainted with fellow players and further immerse yourself in the Merton Croquet Club community.
