We offer a variety of swimming lessons for different age groups. Our under 3's programme can start as early as 3 months old, with a child-led approach that prioritises the baby's comfort and requires their consent. For children over 3 years old, our goal is to develop their confidence in the water and prepare them for club swimming or other aquatic disciplines they may enjoy. We offer both group lessons and 1-2-1 sessions to accommodate different learning styles.

In addition, we also have adult swimming lessons that provide physical, social, and emotional benefits. We believe that being regularly active in the water can provide a much-needed escape from everyday stress. Our instructors are fully qualified and experienced in teaching adults of all skill levels.
