To my breath and cultivating inner stillness. This has greatly deepened my personal practise and enriched my teaching.
In addition to my regular practise, I am currently undergoing additional teacher training with my teacher, Matthew Sweeney. This ongoing education allows me to continually learn and expand my knowledge of yoga, ensuring that I am able to provide the highest quality instruction to my students.
When it comes to teaching, I believe in taking an individualised approach. Every student is unique, with their own strengths, limitations, and goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where students can explore their own practise and discover what works best for their bodies and minds.
In my classes, I emphasise proper alignment and offer modifications and adjustments as needed. I place a strong focus on the breath, helping students deepen their connexion to their bodies and cultivate a sense of awareness and presence. I also incorporate elements of stambha, or pause, allowing students to find stillness and reflection within their practise.
Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practise, I am here to support and guide you on your journey. I believe that yoga is a lifelong practise and that we are all constantly evolving and growing. I am committed to helping my students develop a sustainable and fulfilling practise that supports their overall well-being.
In addition to regular classes, I offer a range of other services. For those who prefer one-on-one instruction, I provide private lessons where I can offer guidance, modifications, and personalised advice tailored to your specific needs. I also offer workshops and corporate classes, tailoring the format and length to meet the specific requirements of each client.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about my offerings, please feel free to reach out to me. I am here to support you on your yoga journey and look forward to connecting with you soon.
