In addition to my personal training services, I also offer classes and workshops in Five Element Fitness, a unique training concept that incorporates elements from various fitness disciplines including weightlifting, HIIT training, and Pilates. These classes are designed to improve overall strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness while promoting balance and harmony in the body.
As a holistic health practitioner, I also offer energy and sound therapy sessions. These sessions utilise ancient healing practises from different cultures, including Qi Gong, Reiki, and Sekhem. I am also a certified sound practitioner and use specially designed tuning forks at different frequencies to access and treat the body via acupuncture points and meridians. These sessions are great for promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
I am based in Upminster and have my own private gym and 1-1 facility where I conduct personal training sessions. I also offer mobile services for clients in the surrounding areas and London. Additionally, I am able to conduct virtual training sessions for those who prefer online training.
My own journey towards health and fitness started when I realised that my previous lifestyle as a sound engineer was taking a toll on my health. I developed a simple diet and exercise programme for myself and was able to lose over three stone in just over four months. This personal experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and time constraints that my clients face when trying to achieve their fitness goals.
The majority of my clients already have gym memberships but choose to work with me for the convenience and personalised attention that I offer. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, including individuals looking to lose weight, improve strength and fitness, and manage specific health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
My goal as a personal trainer is to help my clients reach their goals, no matter how big or small they may be. I believe that with a bit of hard work and dedication, anyone can achieve their desired level of health and fitness without sacrificing their entire lifestyle.
