Since our establishment in 2017, we have been dedicated to creating a space where individuals can relax, let go of their worries, and focus on their mind, body, and soul.

Our team consists of Aria, Vicki, and Grant, who are passionate about yoga and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our members. Aria, the daughter of Vicki and Grant, loves yoga and gymnastics. She frequently attends classes with her mother and enjoys the sense of community that each session brings. Vicki, along with running the business, leads our classes and creates the content and meditations.
Grant, the mastermind behind the scenes, manages the administrative side of the business and ensures smooth operations and communication.
In addition to our classes, we also provide valuable resources and insights through our blog. Topics range from creating spooky ambiances with Halloween-themed essential oil blends to exploring the link between mental health and yoga. Our goal is to support our members in their yoga journey and promote holistic well-being.
