Stuart is pleased to welcome the sports community to Mind Body Midlothian. Located in Bonnyrigg, the Pilates studio offers a peaceful space for individuals to reconnect their mind and body. Stuart believes that Pilates is for everyone and provides a variety of classes and movement styles to suit all levels and goals.

The classes cater to diverse needs and abilities.

To ensure personalised attention and a comfortable atmosphere, classes are booked in blocks. This allows for small class sizes and enables the knowledgeable instructors to build a connection with each participant. Stuart understands that life can sometimes interfere with regular attendance, so an online bank of classes is offered. If you are unable to make it to your usual class, simply request online access to continue your practice from anywhere.
