And personal development. I strive to live an embodied life, integrating the principles and practises that I teach into my own daily life.
My approach is grounded in the understanding that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. I believe that true healing and growth can only occur when we address both aspects of our being. Through my work, I help women cultivate a sense of self-awareness and self-love, while also supporting them in reconnecting with their bodies and embracing their physical experiences.
Whether you choose to work with me through individual psychology sessions, participate in the Reconnect programme, join the Remembrance membership, or engage in one of my online workshops, you can expect a holistic and trauma-informed approach. I prioritise creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your emotions, process past traumas, and develop tools and strategies to navigate life's challenges.
I draw on evidence-based practises, incorporating both cognitive (mind-based) and somatic (body-based) approaches. Furthermore, I understand that changing our thoughts is often not enough, and we must also address the physiological aspects of our experiences. By working with both the mind and body, we can uncover patterns, release stored tension, and cultivate a sense of wholeness and groundedness.
In addition to my qualifications as a Psychologist, I am also a trained MindBody Coach and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. I bring a unique blend of expertise to my work, combining traditional therapeutic techniques with mind-body practises and embodiment principles.
It is my passion and purpose to support women in their journey of self-discovery, self-expression, and self-empowerment. I invite you to explore the various ways we can work together, whether it is through individual support, group programmes, or online workshops. Together, we can create a nurturing and transformative space for you to reconnect with your true self, cultivate self-love, and live a life that aligns with your values and desires.
Thank you for considering Mindfully Curious as a resource and support on your path to healing and growth. I look forward to connecting with you and accompanying you on this journey of self-discovery and self-care.
