For those interested in becoming a certified Pilates teacher, we offer a comprehensive 500-hour teacher training program led by our studio owner, Lori Thompson (NCPT). With over 25 years of experience in teaching and practicing Pilates, Lori is dedicated to providing high-quality training to future Pilates instructors.
