The studio also offers a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training program led by Kym Riley, E-RYT, for those who are passionate about deepening their practice and understanding of yoga, as well as becoming a part of the yoga teaching community.
Whether you prefer in-person learning or online learning, Mindful Movements has options for you. In-person learning will be available starting September 2023 at the studio, while online learning allows clients to begin anytime and work through modules at their own pace. The studio is dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals to explore the transformative power of yoga.
