The programmes offered include the Health & Fitness Mastery Programme and the Mindfulness & Clarity Mastery Programme. The Health & Fitness Mastery Programme aims to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals quickly and effectively. This programme includes 2–3 sessions per week, personalised health plans, assisted stretching and massage after each session for accelerated healing and recovery, and a fitness progress tracker to track strength, cardio, and body measurements over time.
Additionally, an accountability system is in place to ensure clients stay on track with their health plan.
The Mindfulness & Clarity Mastery Programme focuses on developing clarity in every area of life. This programme includes 2 sessions per week, a comprehensive life plan to uncover personal values and motivations that shape one's life purpose, charge clearing tools to eliminate negative emotional charges, and mental clarity mastery to ensure focus, confidence, health, and happiness.
