Miranda Jane Yoga, based in Harlow, Essex, is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio offering a range of classes suitable for individuals of all levels and abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Miranda invites you to join her on a journey to wellness through the practise of yoga.

Miranda, the founder and instructor, discovered the transformative power of yoga in 2014 and has since dedicated herself to sharing its benefits with others. Initially drawn to physically challenging classes such as Bikram Yoga and Dynamic Vinyasa, Miranda soon realised that yoga offered much more than just physical fitness. Through exploring various styles including Yin, Slow Flow, and Hatha, she discovered the profound impact yoga had on her mindset, leaving her feeling content, calm, and at peace with all aspects of life.

In 2016, Miranda completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with 121 Urban Hot Yoga and began teaching Hatha and Vinyasa classes alongside her full-time job. Over the years, she has furthered her training, including completing two pregnancy yoga teacher trainings, incorporating hypnobirthing techniques. Miranda currently offers online and in-person yoga flow classes, which blend Hatha and Vinyasa styles, emphasising the importance of breath and incorporating a variety of postures.

In addition to regular yoga flow classes, Miranda also teaches specialised pregnancy yoga classes aimed at maintaining an active pregnancy and supporting women in achieving positive and empowering birth experiences through the principles of hypnobirthing.

Miranda's teaching approach is approachable, friendly, and easy to follow. She creates a safe and supportive environment for all individuals, ensuring that each class caters to the unique needs and abilities of her students. The goal of every session is for students to leave with a sense of joy, healing, compassion, peace, and light that yoga brings.
