Recreational Program The recreational program at Mississauga Newnorth National Rhythmic Gymnastics Club is designed for athletes who want to learn the basics of rhythmic gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Beginner and intermediate levels are offered in this program. Mississauga Newnorth National Rhythmic Gymnastics Club is led by Head Coach Tatjana, a highly experienced and dedicated coach who has produced numerous provincial, national and international gymnasts. Frequently Asked Questions
We offer basic recreational rhythmic gymnastics programs in apparatus, dance and performance based on a child’s age, ability and experience. For gymnasts who show more than average ability and are selected by testing, we provide extensive training programs for competition.
We train at the Mississauga Sports and Entertainment Centre. Participants build flexibility, balance, co-ordination, physical fitness, endurance and self-confidence in a fun, stimulating environment.
