Can be. Our Recreational Team classes are suitable for children aged 4–16 years old and run for a duration of 45 minutes.

The Development Team classes are designed for gymnasts who have been selected based on their skills and abilities. These sessions run for 120 minutes and provide a more intensive training experience for the gymnasts.

For gymnasts who demonstrate advanced skills and potential, our Advanced Team classes offer a challenging training environment. These classes run for 90 minutes and are by invitation or selection only.

We also have a Girl's Supreme Team, which consists of gymnasts who have been hand-selected to represent the team at elite, regional, national events, competitions, and camps. These gymnasts receive specialised training and guidance to reach their full potential.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer private lessons for gymnasts who prefer one-on-one coaching. These sessions last for 45 minutes and provide personalised attention and focus.

During the holidays, we offer workshops where gymnasts can try out different skills and techniques. These workshops are great for exploring new aspects of gymnastics and are 60 minutes long.

For those looking to celebrate their special day, we offer Miss Poppys Gymnastics Parties. These parties last for a minimum of 2 hours and include a fun-filled gymnastics session led by our qualified coaches.

At Miss Poppy's Gymnastics, our commitment is to provide a safe and inclusive environment where gymnasts can learn and develop their skills. We maintain a coach to gymnast ratio of 1:8 in our recreational classes to ensure individual attention and supervision.
