Mitchell Gymnastics Club, founded in 2003, is a family-owned and operated gym located in Mitchell. Under the leadership of head coach Jen Daum, the club has seen significant growth over the years, currently serving 260 students. The facility offers a range of equipment including a full tumbling floor, balance beams, vault, uneven bars, and a kinder gym room for younger gymnasts.
The club provides various programs catering to different age groups and skill levels. The Parents & Tots program allows children aged 1-3 to interact with their parents while learning basic gymnastics techniques. Kinder Gym is designed for children aged 3-4 to learn fundamental gymnastic skills through games and activities. The club also offers classes for beginner, junior, intermediate, and advanced gymnasts, each focusing on different aspects of gymnastics training.
Owner and head coach Jen Daum is a certified NCCP gymnastics coach and personal trainer with a Fitness & Health Diploma. The club prides itself on providing a child-friendly atmosphere and aims to keep fees and family commitment time to a minimum.
