Fee if not cancelled at least 2 hours before the class start time. For all other passes, the class will be deducted from your pass if you no-show. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our classes running smoothly.

At Modo Yoga Sherwood Park, we are more than just a yoga studio we are a community dedicated to creating a more sustainable world. Our hot yoga classes offer a unique experience, combining therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room. The heat allows for deep stretching and detoxification, while also providing a cardiovascular and strength-building workout. Our classes are suitable for all levels, with options for both teens and adults.

We offer a variety of membership options, including one month unlimited passes and class passes for those who can only attend once or twice a week. With our NEW Modo International App, you can easily sign up for classes, reserve your spot in advance, and manage your account from your phone. We also offer special promotions for first-time visitors, including a free first class and complimentary mat and mat towel rental.

Our studio is conveniently located at 179-2055 top Way in Sherwood Park, Alberta. We have designated Modo Yoga parking stalls outside the entrance, as well as additional parking for our students. Our doors open 30 minutes before the class starts and close 30 minutes after it ends. We also offer prenatal yoga and kids/mini yoga classes, which will be returning in the fall.
