Join IJL Ultimate Park's MODS Mixed Monday League Summer 2024 for an exciting outdoor 7-on-7 Summer league running from May 6, 2024, to August 19, 2024. This league is perfect for adult players looking to have some fun and stay active throughout the summer months. Teams must have a minimum roster of 10 players with paid MODS memberships and completed waivers by the team deadline of April 28, 2024. All teams must also have an Assistant Captain and Spirit Captain, as well as pass a Rules Quiz or attend a Rules Clinic. The registration fee for teams is $1450+GST.
