Welcome to the Monash University Jiu-Jitsu Club in Caulfield East. This Jiu-Jitsu school is dedicated to providing safe, sophisticated training in martial arts and self-defence.
At Monash University Jiu-Jitsu Club – Caulfield, they teach Japanese Jiu-Jitsu as a system of practical self-defence and for personal development of the mind, body, and spirit. Their teaching approach emphasises cooperative learning, technical excellence, and realistic self-defence in a safe and fun environment.
1. Tora do ryu: Training sessions are held on Mondays at 7 pm at Clayton.
2. Tenchi ryu: Training sessions are held on Wednesdays at 7:45 pm at Caulfield.
Membership is open to current Monash University students, who can join the club by registering via the Connected Communities page and completing the online registration form provided by the Australian Jiu-jitsu, Judo & Chinese Boxing Federation of Instructors, our parent organisation.
Monash University Jiu-Jitsu Club also welcomes Monash alumni, staff, and community members to train with them. To get started, interested individuals should register with the Australian Jiu-jitsu, Judo & Chinese Boxing Federation of Instructors using the online registration form available on their website.
