Monday Night Beginners / General Class

Art of Yoga invites you to join their Monday Night Beginners / General Class, a yoga session held at Dalston Studio in London. Located at 15 Haven East, 146 Dalston Lane, London E81NL, this studio provides a serene environment for your yoga practice.

The Monday Night Beginners / General Class occurs every Monday, offering two time slots for your convenience. You can choose to join either the 1-2pm session or the 7.30pm-9pm session.

The drop-in rate per class is £15, allowing you to experience a single session at your own pace. However, if you're keen on committing to regular practice, Art of Yoga offers a package of 10 classes for £120. This package grants you access to all four classes and holds no expiry date, ensuring flexibility in your schedule.

When you arrive at the studio, you don't need to worry about bringing equipment. Art of Yoga provides all the necessary gear, including mats, belts, blocks, and blankets. They've got you covered!
