Nestled in the serene countryside of Janetville, Moon Wind is a yoga retreat centre dedicated to promoting health and wellness through mind-body practices. The centre offers a variety of Hatha Yoga classes led by the experienced instructor, Mohamed Cassim. These classes incorporate elements of Pilates, Tai Chi, Chi Kung (internal energy), and breathing practices to provide a comprehensive and rejuvenating experience for participants.

In addition to yoga classes, Moon Wind also offers Karate classes as a means of self-defence. These classes focus on dynamic offensive and defensive techniques using all parts of the body, helping students to tone their bodies, develop coordination, quicken reflexes, and build stamina. The practice of Karate also promotes composure, a clearer thought process, and increased self-confidence. Classes are open to all levels and ages, with sessions held at the Janetville United Church on specified days each week.
