Operating as a division of Clinique Moov, this program offers a friendly and judgment-free environment for participants to work on cardio, strength, coordination, balance, and more in the beautiful parks of the city. The experienced trainers utilize body weight, resistance bands, urban furniture, weighted balls, and other equipment to conduct motivating and varied workouts.
Becoming a “MOOVERS” member means joining a supportive community that shares a passion for outdoor exercise and enjoys developing muscular strength under the careful supervision of dedicated trainers who prioritize your progress and safety. Sessions are available throughout the year, with options such as Moov for all and Moov express during winter, offering 12 weeks of classes for $144 plus taxes. Additionally, indoor Moov cardio-TRX classes are available for 11 weeks at $165 plus taxes.
As part of a winter promotion, participants registering for one weekly class of Moov for all or Moov express can attend two classes a week at no extra cost (excluding the cardio-TRX class). There is also a drop-in option available for $15 plus taxes per class, but prior registration is required via email. Payments can be made through Interac e-transfer. Participants are required to bring their own equipment for each session, including a water bottle, yoga mat, resistance bands or TRX, headlamp for evening classes, insect repellent, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing.
