Welcome to Motion Yoga and Arts, a creative and movement-led studio located in Newton-le-Willows, New Zealand. Founded by Belinda Grantham, Motion Yoga and Arts offers a variety of yoga, movement, dance, and music tuition to nurture your moving mind and creative body.

At Motion Yoga Studio, located in Newton-le-Willows, you can participate in a range of classes designed to promote physical and mental well-being. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are fun, challenging, and creative, emphasising mindfulness through movement. From restorative and vinyasa yoga to aerial yoga and yoga nidra, we provide a diverse range of options to cater to your individual needs.

If you prefer a more personalised experience, you can register for a private session at our studio or choose the option to have sessions conducted at a location of your choice. Additionally, you can purchase gift vouchers for single or multiple classes, which can be either posted or emailed to your desired recipient.

Motion Arts is another component of our company, focusing on arts tuition, workshops, and projects. Dance and music are our primary areas of expertise, but we also offer specialists in other disciplines such as comedy, physical theatre, and photography production. Private individual classes in ballet and contemporary dance are available in Newton-le-Willows, and we offer choreography services for special events in various dance styles. If you're interested in music, we provide private one-on-one tuition in piano, keyboard, and music theory, with exam options available.

In addition to our studio-based offerings, Motion Yoga and Arts also provides corporate yoga classes for businesses and events. These classes are designed to promote better focus, reduced stress, increased confidence, and improved morale among employees. All equipment is provided, and prices range from 50 to 75 depending on your location and group size.

Stay updated with our latest news and upcoming workshops on our website. Currently, we are planning a retreat set in the beautiful North York Moors National Park. This small retreat is limited to 6–8 people to ensure social distancing if needed and offers a range of classes including restorative, vinyasa, aerial yoga, and yoga nidra. The retreat fee covers all classes, food, and accommodations, with the option for single occupancy due to COVID-19 restrictions.
