As a 45-year-old working mother of three, Mopsy understands the challenges faced by individuals trying to prioritise their health and fitness. She works with mothers, fathers, and grandparents to help them realise their health and fitness ambitions. In order to provide a comfortable and relaxed training environment, Mopsy has her own dedicated indoor training space located just outside Hadleigh, Suffolk. For those who prefer to train online or are unable to attend in-person sessions, Mopsy also offers free Circuit Sessions that can be accessed online. Key measurements and a weekly food diary are also utilised to tailor the programme to your specific needs.
