We offer a next Pilates mat work course for new beginners. Our Pilates mat group classes are held in groups of up to 12 maximum.
Yes, we offer Pilates apparatus classes on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis by appointment only. Our Studio is open throughout the week all year round except for holidays, with appointments from 8.30am.
We welcome new dancers to join us all year round. Adults Ballroom and Latin American Dance classes can be started with us throughout the year at Gwaelod-y-Garth Village Hall.
