Mountain Shadows Gymnastics Club

Mountain Shadows Gymnastics Club (MSGC) was established in Okotoks, Alberta on October 15, 1996, making it one of the few privately owned gymnastic clubs in Alberta. The club is housed in an expansive eight thousand square meter facility that caters to both recreational programs and a girls' competitive program for gymnasts in Xcel and Level 2-10. Equipped with 3 floor-level trampolines and a large 6-foot-deep loose foam pit, MSGC is ideal for various forms of gymnastics, recreational trampolining, tumbling, and group outings, including birthday parties.

Located in the rapidly growing town of Okotoks, MSGC serves not only local gymnasts, but also those from nearby areas such as Calgary, High River, Black Diamond, and Turner Valley, all within a 15-minute drive. The club's owner, Jim McLuskey, boasts over 50 years of coaching experience in both competitive and recreational gymnastics. As a Level 3 certified coach in the National Coaching Certification Program with degrees in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education, Jim was also the founder and head coach of the Altadore Gymnastics Club in Calgary.
