With our state-of-the-art swim facilities, including a heated 25m pool and a dedicated learn to swim pool, we provide a comfortable and safe environment for our students.

Our swimming lessons are divided into different classes to cater to the needs of both children and adults. We offer Swim & Survive classes, which focus on water safety and survival skills, as well as Squad Swimming, which is designed for those who want to take their swimming abilities to the next level. Our experienced and qualified swimming instructors are committed to providing personalised instruction and guidance to ensure that each student reaches their full potential in the water.

At Mounties Health & Fitness, we understand the importance of recovery after a challenging swim session. That's why we offer an in-house sauna for our members to relax and relieve muscle tension. The sauna helps increase blood circulation and promotes relaxation, providing the ultimate recovery experience.

We are open 24/7 to accommodate everyone's schedule, with staffed hours from Monday to Friday from 5:30 am to 9 pm, and on weekends from 7 am to 3 pm. Our pool is open for members only, with hours from Monday to Friday from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm to 9 pm, and on weekends from 7 am to 3 pm. On public holidays, the pool is open from 9 am to 2 pm.
