Natalie, the founder and lead instructor at Move Forward, is a movement artist with a passion for teaching and supporting others in their movement and mindset development. She believes in the importance of alignment and injury prevention, ensuring that students feel safe and supported in their practise. Natalie's journey in movement began with contemporary dance, but it was through her exploration of Ashtanga Yoga that she discovered a new way of life. She completed her 200-hour Yoga teacher training in Goa, India and has further expanded her knowledge through courses in Yoga therapy and Acro Yoga.
Natalie's teaching approach emphasises achievement and motivation, empowering students to explore their own capabilities and trust their bodies. She aims to foster self-awareness and a deep connexion between the mind and body through mindfulness, meditation, self-care, pranayama, and movement. By understanding their own feelings and bodies, students can learn how to support themselves in their everyday lives.
