Emmy Delea, the founder of Move. Grow. Shine, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their physical and mental wellness goals. With a background in Personal Training, ELDOA, Fascial Stretch Therapy, NLP, Hypnosis, and Yoga, Emmy brings a unique and holistic approach to her sessions.

With over 20 years of experience, Emmy is able to tailor each session to meet the individual needs of her clients.

In addition to one-on-one training sessions, Emmy also offers online classes and workshops. These classes focus on improving posture, flexibility, and strength through a fusion of ELDOA and Fascia Flow Yoga. Workshops cover topics such as stress management, body breaks, self-awareness, and overall wellbeing optimization. Emmy also teaches in Dwell Gym's class studio, where she leads a 6-week program focusing on ELDOA, Myofascial Stretching, and mindfulness meditation.

For those with busy schedules, Emmy offers in-office classes that cater to the needs of both management and employees. These programs include a combination of fitness, yoga, ELDOA, and mindfulness meditation, allowing individuals to recharge, improve focus, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
