With certifications in Cert III & IV Personal Training and over nine years of experience in personal training, group fitness, athlete conditioning, and run coaching, John is well-equipped to help clients achieve their fitness goals. His passion for coaching and fitness shines through in all aspects of his work, and he finds immense satisfaction in helping clients make plans, work hard, and achieve their goals.
John's own fitness journey has been diverse, ranging from endurance sports such as triathlons and road cycling to trail running and obstacle course racing. Through his personal experiences, he has encountered various injuries and setbacks, which have only strengthened his understanding of the human body and the importance of functional movement.
Over the past eight to nine years, John has worked with a diverse range of clients, from mums and dads to elite athletes. He has developed a keen eye for identifying movement patterns and dysfunctions, and has learned techniques and strategies to help each individual overcome their limitations.
