Move into Yoga is a yoga instructor in Tonbridge, New Zealand, led by Hannah, a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher and a mother of two. With over 10 years of personal practise, Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes. She holds a 200-hour yoga teacher training qualification and has recently completed specialised training in pre and post-natal yoga with a yoga alliance certified trainer, ensuring that she is equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge and credentials.
Hannah has a genuine passion for promoting well-being and believes that yoga is accessible and beneficial to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience. She strives to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in her classes, where everybody feels comfortable and supported. Her approach is centred around vinyasa flow yoga, a style that combines breath and movement in a seamless sequence. This style is suitable for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practise.
In addition to vinyasa flow, Hannah offers specialised classes for expectant mothers and new moms. Her pregnancy yoga classes are designed to support the physical and mental health of expectant moms and are suitable from 12 weeks onwards. For new moms, Hannah offers postnatal yoga classes that are tailored to the needs of mothers (and their babies) starting from 6–8 weeks after birth. These classes provide a safe and nurturing environment for moms to rebuild strength, release tension, and connect with their bodies.
Move into Yoga's regular classes are held in Marden, Headcorn, Cranbrook, Biddenden, and various locations across Kent, making it convenient for students to find a class near them. Hannah can also provide personalised one-on-one sessions that cater to individual schedules and focus on specific goals.
