Pilates lovers, rejoice! Robert's Pilates Mat work induction courses for beginners are held at Beulah Canolfan Community Church Centre in Rhiwbina. These courses fill up quickly, so book your spot early!
Want a more personalised experience? The Pilates Studio Rhiwbina is open Monday to Friday for 1-1 or 2-1 apparatus classes, featuring equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, and Chair. No prior experience needed!
