The team at Movement Intelligence Australia is led by Jennifer Groves, a seasoned Movement Intelligence Trainer and Feldenkrais practitioner, and Rangimarie Ferguson, the National Director. Together, they bring in-depth knowledge and global experience to help individuals unlock their fullest potential and improve their quality of life.
The centre caters to a diverse range of individuals, from high-performance athletes to seniors, offering unique paths to improved health and well-being. Their belief is that “movement is life, life is a process, improve the quality of the process, and you improve the quality of life itself,” a philosophy championed by Moshe Feldenkrais.
The team at Movement Intelligence Australia offers various teaching schedules and services. They conduct weekly classes with Rangimarie at the Brunswick Heads Community Centre every Thursday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Online consultations with Jennifer are also available upon request, providing personalised guidance and support. Additionally, they offer workshops and trainings, including the upcoming Bones For Life Taiwan Workshop in November 2023.
