Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) classes focus on ground fighting techniques and submissions. Muay Thai Kickboxing classes teach striking techniques using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes incorporate techniques from various martial arts disciplines to provide a well-rounded training experience. We also offer kids' classes, where children can learn discipline, self-defence, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Andrew Husmann, Billy Sam, and Wade Huang bring their expertise and passion for martial arts to every class, ensuring that students receive the highest quality instruction. The gym facilities at Movement Martial Arts are clean and spacious, with plenty of mat space for training.
