Hello, Im Annie Giacomel, a qualified naturopath and yoga teacher. After working in a corporate job for 13 years, I decided to pursue my passion for holistic health and embarked on a journey to study naturopathy and yoga. At Movement Wellness Hub, I offer naturopathic consultations, where I work with clients to create personalised treatment plans that address their unique health needs. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal wellness and balance through natural and holistic approaches.

Hey there, Im Bree Johnson, a certified Pilates instructor and specialist in rehab and injuries. With a deep love for fitness and a desire to help others, I established my own successful Pilates business before joining forces with Annie to create Movement Wellness Hub. At our centre, I offer reformer and clinical Pilates classes that cater to all fitness levels and individual needs. Whether youre looking to improve your strength, posture, flexibility, or recover from an injury, I am here to guide and assist you.

In addition to the above services, we also have a range of other offerings to enhance your well-being. These include yoga classes, infrared sauna sessions, remedial and sports massage, hairdresser services, reflexology, and crystal healing. Our team of dedicated and experienced professionals are committed to providing high-quality care and support to all our clients.
