You can expect an integrated and mindful whole body workout in our friendly and relaxed studio space.
We offer various options to suit your needs and preferences. If you prefer one-on-one attention, our private 1:1 sessions are perfect for injury recovery or personal health and fitness goals. Ali, our certified Polestar Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and movement coach, will guide you through your personal journey.
If you prefer to move with just a few others, we also offer 2:1 or 3:1 semi-private sessions. These sessions embody your goals and provide a high level of bespoke tuition. With our beginner's offer, you can learn pilates fundamentals and the reformer and equipment repertoire, making it suitable for individuals with injuries or limitations. Our experienced instructors will tailor the movement to your specific needs.
Ali, the founder of Moxie Pilates, personally understands the transformative power of Pilates. She has used Pilates to recover from years of chronic pain from back, neck, and shoulder issues, manage and relieve pelvic pain, and ease symptoms of autoimmune disease and perimenopause.
