Tang Soo Do, the core discipline at MPSK, has a rich history from the Moo Duk Kwan school founded by Grandmaster Hwang Kee in 1945. Students wear traditional white Dobok and belts showing their training duration and proficiency.

Traditional forms are key in Tang Soo Do training. Forms consist of blocks, punches, and kicks, starting with basic stances and moving onto advanced Pyung Ahn forms, meaning 'peaceful confidence,' enhancing their skills.
