Hey Sports Community,
Mary-Ellen Schick here at MS2 Dance & Fitness is excited to share some news with everyone. She's the brilliant mind behind the top dance-based fitness spot in Burlington. Her mission? Simple - to offer fun and affordable classes for anyone and everyone, no matter your age, ability, or experience. Mary-Ellen knows how dance can be a game-changer for a healthy lifestyle, and she’s all about ensuring you have a great time while staying fit.
One of her standout programs is the bootybarre class. This 60-minute, high-energy workout blends Dance, Pilates, and Yoga to get your whole body in shape. Don’t worry if you don’t have dance experience; the class is perfect for beginners and pros alike. You’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, work that upper body with some light weights, hit the barre for a full-body workout, sprinkle in some cardio to burn off that cheese, then hit the core, and finish up stretching out those muscles.
Mary-Ellen’s not just any instructor – she’s got a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University and is fully certified in bootybarre. With over 30 years of dance training and teaching under her belt, she’s all about helping you hit your fitness goals. Her passion for ballet and dance? Off the charts. That passion is what makes MS2 Dance & Fitness a one-of-a-kind place to work out.
So, whether you want to sharpen your dance moves, tone up, or just have a blast while getting in shape, Mary-Ellen has got you covered. Sign up today for the Winter bootybarre session and see for yourself the magic of dance-based fitness at MS2 Dance & Fitness in Burlington.
See you at the barre!
