Our training programme is structured across three levels to ensure progressive learning. Level 1 focuses on basic techniques, including punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and combinations. Level 2 introduces advanced techniques and mix combinations, while Level 3 prepares you for sparring and real fight scenarios.
