Located in Gullane, Muirfield is a prestigious golf club that is the home of The Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers. The club has a rich history, with its earliest written records dating back to 1744. Back then, the club played on Leith Links and later at Musselburgh before finally moving to Muirfield in 1891. Today, Muirfield welcomes both Members' Guests and Visitors from the UK and around the world.
The course at Muirfield was originally created by Old Tom Morris in 1891 and was later re-designed by Harry Colt in 1925.
