We offer weekly yoga classes including Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Yoga on the Dock, along with workshops and retreats. We also provide corporate yoga.
Our classes are available both online and in person on Southern Vancouver Island. Yoga on the Dock is also part of our offerings.
