In the 35 Years category, MXT Swim offers a fast track programme for children to learn to swim. Both private one-to-one teaching and group sessions are available. In group lessons, children are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each child is treated as an individual and progress is based on their own abilities and pace.

Lessons are structured to be fun and playful while promoting two-way communication between the teacher and child. Water safety is emphasised, and children are taught to respect the water.

For children aged 5–12 years, MXT Swim continues to provide expert coaching and instruction. Whether children are beginners or more advanced swimmers, MXT Swim's experienced teachers will help them improve their stroke technique and overall swimming skills.
