Mystical Rose Belly Dance

Mystical Rose Belly Dance is a dance school located in Maddingley, offering classes in the beautiful art form of Middle Eastern Dance. Led by Deb, a passionate and experienced dance coach, the school provides a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals of all skill levels to come and explore the world of belly dance.

With a focus on both the physical and mental benefits of dance, Mystical Rose Belly Dance aims to help students tone their bodies and improve their overall well-being through this ancient oriental dance form. Deb has even travelled to Egypt to learn from master choreographers and performers, further enhancing her knowledge and expertise in Middle Eastern Dance.

Classes are held in three locations, including Bacchus Marsh, Gisborne, and Woodend, providing convenience for students in the area. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced dancer wanting to refine your skills, Mystical Rose Belly Dance offers a variety of classes suitable for all levels.

The school's motto is “Beautiful costumes, lively music, supportive companions, gentle yet effective exercise, affirming dance coaching, and improved body image. ” Students can expect to enjoy the vibrant costumes and energetic music that accompany belly dance, while also benefiting from the supportive community and positive body image promotion fostered within the school.

Class timetables are regularly updated and released for each term, allowing students to easily plan and enrol in their preferred classes. Both group classes and private one-on-one sessions are available, catering to individual preferences and needs. Class fees are affordable and can be paid on a term basis or as casual sessions.

Due to current COVID restrictions, classes are currently held in the private studio located in Somerton Court, Darley, Bacchus Marsh. With limited class sizes, it is recommended to secure a spot by paying in advance, and casual attendees are advised to call ahead each week to check for availability.
