Founded by Gary and Neisha, we have been inspiring our local community for the past 12 years to live a fit, healthy, and happy life. For those looking for an easy and fun way to get moving, our Group Fitness Classes are the perfect option. Led by our experienced trainers Gary and Corinne, we offer over 20 sessions each week. Our classes take place indoors and outdoors, in stunning locations that will leave you feeling inspired. With small class sizes and catered to all fitness levels, we guarantee that you will have a blast while building your fitness and having fun.
If you prefer more personalised attention, our Personal Training sessions are tailored to your individual needs. We understand the struggles of feeling intimidated or uncomfortable at a traditional gym, so we provide a relaxed and supportive environment. Your first PT session is even free, allowing you to experience our service firsthand and ensure that it is the right fit for you.
At myVibe, we believe that health goes beyond just exercise. Our Lifestyle Coaching programmes cover all aspects of well-being, including proper nutrition, stress management, and better sleep. We offer a wide range of programmes, such as retreats, corporate training days, challenges, and even social trips like our popular “Take a Hike” programme. We want to empower you to live a happy, healthy, and whole life.
