Jo, the mastermind behind My Wonderful Yoga in Portsmouth, has been hooked on yoga since 2015. With a 200hr Yoga Diploma in Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga and extra training in Seniors, Chair, and Back Care Yoga, she's got bags of experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
We offer all levels yoga classes featuring a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, designed to support posture, breath, deep relaxation and fascia release. Absolute beginners are welcome as long as you can get up and down from a mat.
Group classes run at Cosham Community Centre on Mondays at 8.45 am, Tuesdays at 8.45 am, Wednesdays at 6.00 pm and Saturdays at 10.00 am, with Bedhampton Community Centre on Fridays at 8.00 am. We also run classes at Christ Church Hall, Widley on Thursdays at 6.30 pm.
Yes, you can book private 1-1 yoga lessons with Jo for a bespoke class tailored to your needs and to help you safely build your practice. If getting up and down from a mat isn't possible, Chair Yoga is recommended for group organisers and other situations.
