We offer studio yoga classes with a qualified Hatha and Raja Yoga teacher, studio Pilates with a Scott Pilates instructor, and physiotherapy. We also support recovery from injury and improving mobility and strength.
Yoga classes run Monday 9.30am to 11.00am, Tuesday 19.00pm to 20.30pm, and Thursday 18.30pm to 20.00pm. Pilates classes run Tuesday 9.50am to 10.50am, Wednesday 18.00pm to 19.00pm, and Thursday 9.50am to 10.50am.
