We offer private tuition and one-on-one sessions for those who want to fast-track their knowledge or focus on specific issues. Our dedicated yoga room provides a peaceful and tranquil environment for your practise.
When it comes to massage, we believe in the healing power of traditional Eastern treatments. Our massage room offers a range of treatments, including Ayurveda from India, Thai massage, reflexology, and remedial massage for deep tissue work and injury. Each treatment is designed to destress your body and mind, providing you with a unique and rejuvenating experience. We only use organic ingredients in our beauty room, where we specialise in treatments that make you look and feel good.
