North American Taekwondo Academy (NATA) Oakville offers competitive taekwondo training for children, teenagers, and adults. The program includes an after-school option with taekwondo classes plus homework assistance and arts and crafts, along with evening taekwondo classes held four days per week. Training focuses on speed, strength, and power while building respect, discipline, and friendship.
