Sarah Thompson. Assistant Coach. Sarah has been with Natbridge Boxing Academy for the past 6 years and has become an integral part of the coaching team. She started boxing as a way to keep fit and soon fell in love with the sport.

John Davies. Junior Coach. John joined Natbridge Boxing Academy as a junior member and quickly showed great potential and enthusiasm. He became a junior coach at the age of 16 and is now responsible for training and mentoring younger boxers.
John is dedicated to providing a positive and encouraging environment for young athletes to develop their skills and build confidence.
Apart from our coaching team, we have a dedicated committee that works behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation and development of the gym. They handle administrative tasks, organise events and fundraisers, and support the coaches and athletes in any way they can.

Classes are held throughout the week, with a variety of options to choose from. Junior classes are available for ages 7-15, teaching boxing fundamentals in a fun and safe environment. There are also ladies' boxercise classes that provide a high-energy workout while learning basic boxing skills. Additionally, we offer a family class on Fridays where both juniors and seniors can train together.
In addition to group classes, we also offer personal training sessions and one-to-one pad work/sparring sessions. Our trainers will work with you to develop a personalised plan based on your goals and fitness level.
Natbridge Boxing Academy is conveniently located next to Tesco Extra in Leyland. We have top-notch facilities, including a full-size boxing ring, nine authentic leather punch bags, floor to ceiling balls for movement and accuracy, and a dedicated skipping area. We also have a range of circuit training equipment such as medicine balls, free weights, skipping ropes, and benches. With 40 pairs of gloves in various weights, we have all the equipment you need to train like a champion.
