National Governing Body Level 3 Course Physical Conditioning

The British Council For Chinese Martial Arts is excited to announce their upcoming National Governing Body Level 3 Course Physical Conditioning, set to kick off on September 6, 2024. This online virtual classroom course is ideal for both members and non-members aged 18 and above, looking to enhance their physical potential in sports.

This course aims to provide coaches with a deeper insight into basic physiology, assessment, and testing of physical conditioning. With a focus on standardised testing protocols and tailored program design, participants can expect to identify strengths, weaknesses, and effectively boost development. Hurry, as only 20 spots are available!

Throughout the course, attendees will delve into a range of topics from training principles to muscle gain, to various performance tests like cardio respiratory power and strength training. Motor fitness tests including balance and speed agility will also be a part of the curriculum. Starting at 9:30 am, the course will conclude by 1:30 pm via Zoom on any device with a PDF copy of course notes and a certificate sent post-event.
