Neo Gym

Neo Gym is a well-established martial arts school located in Farnham, dedicated to providing high-quality martial arts training in a safe and welcoming environment. The school was founded by a dedicated martial artist and father of four, who has over 10 years of experience in various martial arts disciplines.

The founder began his martial arts journey with his children, practising Kung-fu before discovering his love for kickboxing, muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. He has since focused on Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, becoming passionate not only about the martial arts themselves but also about teaching and sharing his knowledge with others.

At Neo Gym, students of all ages and backgrounds come together to learn and train, fostering a sense of respect and camaraderie among members. The school offers a variety of disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for different age groups, Nogi grappling, and kickboxing.

The team at Neo Gym is dedicated to promoting self-confidence and self-defence skills for all students, regardless of gender or experience level.
