Learn To Dive Adult Learn To Dive (LTD) Adult is a recreational diving program designed for adults who are looking to learn the basics of diving or improve their skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our experienced coaches will guide participants through step-by-step instruction on the 1 meter and 3 meter springboards. This program is perfect for adults of all skill levels, whether you are a beginner looking to try something new or an experienced diver looking to refine your technique.

Divers in this program will focus on building strength, flexibility, and mastering fundamental diving skills in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. The emphasis is on fun and personal improvement, making this program perfect for adults of all ages. Competitive Competitive diving at the Nepean Ottawa Diving Club is a high-level program for divers who are looking to compete at the Provincial, National, and International levels. Our experienced coaching staff works closely with each athlete to develop their skills, technique, and mental strength in order to reach their full potential in the sport of diving.

Divers in the Competitive program train multiple times per week on both the 1 meter and 3 meter springboards, as well as the platform. They focus on perfecting their dives, increasing the difficulty of their dives, and preparing for competitions throughout the season. Our competitive divers have the opportunity to compete in various competitions and championships, showcasing their skills and representing the Nepean Ottawa Diving Club with pride. Junior Olympic Developmental Program The Junior Olympic Developmental Program at the Nepean Ottawa Diving Club is designed for divers who show potential for competitive diving at the Provincial, National, and International levels.

This program focuses on developing the fundamental diving skills, strength, and mental toughness necessary to succeed in the sport of diving. Divers in this program train multiple times per week on the 1 meter and 3 meter springboards with a strong emphasis on technique and skill development. Coaches work closely with each diver to create individual training plans and goals to help them progress in the sport. The Junior Olympic Developmental Program is a stepping stone for divers who are looking to advance to higher levels of competitive diving and reach their full potential in the sport.

Alumni The Nepean Ottawa Diving Club is proud to have a long list of alumni who have excelled in the sport of diving and made a significant impact on the diving community. Many of our alumni have gone on to receive scholarships for diving programs at the post-secondary level, representing our club with pride and excellence.
